Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Design Democracy Program (“the Program”), an initiative organized by Le Hesthia Design LLP under its platform Design Democracy. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property.

Le Hesthia Design LLP (Design Democracy) may request a non-exclusive license to use submitted work for promotional purposes related to the Program.

Confidentiality

Design Democracy respects the confidentiality of participants’ proprietary information and designs.

Participants agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through the Program without prior consent.

Liability

Le Hesthia Design LLP (Design Democracy) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Program.

Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, India

Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, India.
