featured in India Today’s top 50 architect’s list, and having won
global recognition in the form of the World Architecture Award
2020 & the 2020 international design award novum (NDA) in Paris,
France, as well as the ESTRADE Realty Award in Singapore to name a few.

A TED X speaker & an avid advocate of strategic design thinking he
has pioneered and built the F.A.I.R game model in ‘aspirational’ real
estate that demonstrates higher returns by capitalizing on a buying process where a client’s potential ‘need’ is turned into a ‘want’ thereby creating a buying prejudice that is ‘subjective’ in nature.

Rohit has built & leads a team of 50 architects, designers, engineers
& technology whiz kids creating revolutionary designs inspired by
nature & numbers. He has designed, executed & is involved with
over 30 million sqft. of real estate with an estimated project turnover
in excess of USD 350 million spread across a vast spectrum of
projects such as multi-million-dollar international mega ports,
masterplan developments, mid-rise to high-rise buildings, niche
villas communities, high end residential & commercial properties,
luxury clubhouses & large scale residential & multiplayer
workspaces, dotting the cityscapes across India, Middle East and
Europe.

Rohit brings over 25 years of extensive knowledge, experience, & expertise in overseeing business strategy, design, planning and execution of projects in a timely & sustainable manner, while at the same time, efficiently managing stakeholder relationships and interests.
