Design Democracy Ventures, inspired by Hyderabad’s Design Democracy show, aims to transform the design ecosystem by nurturing emerging talent. We provide a platform for promising studios to secure crucial funding and mentorship from distinguished designers and industry experts. This support catalyzes a ripple effect of innovation, driving industry-wide progress as these studios grow, evolve and become leaders in design innovation, ultimately advancing the entire design field.
12 Applications will be selected and invited to present
their concepts to the selection committee and broader
audience at the DD Ventures Pavillion
from 4th to 6th October 2024
at Design Democracy.

Submission Opens:
The applications for the incubation will be reviewed through a
multi-stage process involving both initial screening and
in-depth evaluations.
Each application will be reviewed to ensure it meets basic
eligibility criteria and aligns with the incubation’s objectives.
Criteria:
l. 3/6 years in the market
ll. Product synopsis of 250/300 words with high resolution
photographs/ prototypes
*File uploaded should be a single document/pdf which includes
the text and images together, not exceeding 25mb size
Each eligible application will be assigned to multiple reviewers, including venture capitalists, industry experts and mentors, for thorough evaluation.
*The selected entries will be sent an email from the Design Democracy Ventures Team to fill in a pitch presentation template.
