Founded by Sussanne Khan, this landmark 35,000 sq. ft. gallery is the brand’s second
and most ambitious retail destination after Mumbai, aiming to redefine luxury interiors
in the heart of Hyderabad. Spread across six stories, The Charcoal Project Hyderabad
celebrates design in its most elevated form. The space combines Sussanne Khan’s
signature aesthetic with innovation, creating immersive environments where art,
furniture, and architectural details converge. Each level presents a new perspective on
materiality, form, and functionality — featuring bespoke furniture, experimental lighting, and curated collectables.

As Design Democracy returns to Hyderabad for its third and most ambitious edition,
